Tianhe Casting is a single-site foundry and machine shop in the north of China, in the province that has produced malleable iron fittings for generations.
A foundry built around the drawing
Our province has produced malleable iron fittings for generations. The plant covers 80,000 m² of land with 60,000 m² under roof: 40,000 m² of automated casting halls, 15,000 m² of high-precision machining, 10,000 m² of automated warehousing with 6,000 pallet positions, and 5,200 m² of offices and R&D.
That combination — volume moulding, a shell line for heavier parts, machining and a metallurgical lab on the same site — is what makes OEM work practical. A customer sends a drawing; we build the tooling, cast a trial, machine it, measure it and ship it, with the same team accountable at every step.
Our quality philosophy has not changed since the first heat was poured: reliable quality is made by reliable people.

Iron casting starts in Shanxi — the province that supplies a large share of China’s malleable iron pipe fittings.
FM approval
Non-gasketed pipe fittings for aboveground sprinkler systems are FM Approved (approval 3060691, August 2017).
China Green Foundry
Awarded “China Green Foundry Enterprise” by the China Foundry Association, with green manufacturing level 2 under T/CFA 021-2016.
Specialised little giant
Named a Shanxi “specialised, refined, distinctive and innovative” enterprise (专精特新小巨人) by the provincial government.

How we sell
We do not publish a dealer list. Domestic sales run through distributors in every province of China; export business is handled directly from the factory.

Domestic sales run through an established network of distributors covering every province in China. They hold stock, handle local delivery and provide after-sales support.
Direct from the plant
Export orders are handled directly from the factory — no trading company in between — with documentation and packing to your forwarder’s requirements.

Cast-in lettering, customer artwork on cartons and neutral packing for distributor and contractor brands.
